The difference is that you need to ease your way back onto the field after an injury to prevent reoccurrence. Our sport-specific training programs will simulate your sport and train the exact muscle groups and movements necessary to facilitate your transition from rehab to the game field

After an injury, every athlete wants to get back to their sport and back in to the game ASAP. As athletes ourselves, we're sensitive to the anxiety of not being able to participate, but we're also medical professionals with the knowledge and judgment to make the call along with your physician on when it's safe to return to competition. If it's necessary to achieve full healing we'll guide you all the way through the process. If it's safe to return to your sport before you're fully healed, we'll get you back to your sport with a regime of exercises to get you back to full strength.
